Longevity & Preventive Medicine Consultation
The longevity and preventive medicine consultation includes a comprehensive, structured assessment of a wide range of health parameters, aimed at improving health, reducing the risk of future disease, and maintaining function and quality of life for years to come.
Among other things, the consultation reviews body composition, blood tests, cardiovascular risk factors, the lipid profile and personal treatment targets, physical fitness, lifestyle, and the need for screening tests and vaccinations.
At the end of the process, a personal plan is built that includes medical recommendations, health goals, and a follow-up plan. The detailed program is available here.
Key benefits
- A comprehensive assessment of body composition, blood tests, cardiovascular risk, physical fitness, lifestyle, screening, and vaccinations
- In-clinic measurements, including arterial stiffness (PWV) and assessment of muscle strength and physical function
- A personal plan with medical recommendations, health goals, and a follow-up plan
- Evidence-based recommendations tailored to age, sex, medical status, and risk factors, focused on tests with practical significance
How it works
1
Preparation: recent blood tests based on a structured list sent in advance and, if possible, a DXA body composition scan and a VO₂max test
2
First in-clinic meeting, about an hour: medical history, physical examination and measurements, muscle strength and function assessment, arterial stiffness measurement, and review of test results
3
Follow-up meeting, about an hour: presentation of your personal plan - medical recommendations, health goals, and a plan for ongoing follow-up and screening

Longevity & Preventive Medicine Program
I focus on tests and recommendations with practical significance - tests whose results can lead to an intervention, treatment, or follow-up.
Recommendations are evidence-based and tailored to each patient's age, sex, medical status, and risk factors. Not every test listed is needed for every patient.
Important information about the service
The consultation includes a comprehensive medical assessment, a review of existing tests, selected in-clinic measurements and assessments, and a personal plan.
Tests performed at the clinic during an in-person consultation
- Physical examination and basic measurements
- Assessment of muscle strength and physical function
- Arterial stiffness measurement using Pulse Wave Velocity (PWV)
Tests performed outside the clinic
- Blood tests
- DXA body composition
- VO₂max
- Imaging and additional screening tests
I provide recommendations and guidance on the required tests and, when needed, information on where they can be done.
The cost of external tests is not included in the consultation price.
Recommendations are personalized, and there is no need to do every test listed in the program.
